You send us the documents to be translated and tell us:

- Any company-specific terminology or previously translated material
- Any additional requirements (e.g. accreditation, desktop publishing, etc.)
We translate your documents in confidence and are more than happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.

We analyse your documents, taking into account the following factors:
- Word count
- Degree of difficulty
- Format of source text and desired delivery format
- Word repetition
- Availability of terminology database
- Desired delivery date (regular or express)
- Additional requirements (e.g. accreditation, desktop publishing, etc.)
Having considered your request, we will provide you with a non-binding quote for you to confirm.
3. Translation
Once an offer has been agreed, translation takes place in the following stages:
